Residential Conveyancing

Our Residential Conveyancing department is run by Mr Neil Crockatt. Neil has many years of experience of residential qualification.

We deal with all aspects of residential property ownership, covering sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of title and title queries. We also provide support to the Private Client Department and Court Department when property transfers require to be carried out. We have a friendly team dedicated to making what is the most important financial commitment for many people as problem free and straightforward as possible.

Neil Crockatt

Neil qualified with a LLB from the University of Edinburgh in 1992. He completed his traineeship with Kippen Campbell before being enrolled as a Solicitor in 1994.

After working with both Wilson & Duncan and Rod Duncan & Co in Dundee for over 3 years, Neil returned to Perth to become a Partner with Neil Whittet Solicitors in 1997.

In 2005, Neil became a locum Solicitor while pursuing other interests outwith the legal profession, but returned to Kippen Campbell in October 2007 as an Associate in the Residential Conveyancing Department.

In his spare time, Neil is currently studying towards a BSc in Astrophysics and is also a keen supporter of St Johnstone FC. He has also organised a (reasonably) successful quiz team in the local District Quiz League for some 12 years.
